19th c. Hair Curler
A 19th c. hair curler in as-descended condition.
Made from a single body of walnut wood and turned on a lathe. Lightly tapered in form with a generously sized bulbous handle.
The attached note reads "Stick my mother used to curl my hair or when I had long curls Charlotte L."
Remains in excellent condition with a fine, lightly used surface.
