An early 20th c. locksmiths trade sign in old blue paint over original oyster white.
Made from a single piece of sheet iron with the original hanging bracket secured with two iron bolts. Profiled after a flat key shape. Two punched hanging holes accompany the shaft of the key for hanging horizontally.
Retains a wonderfully aged paint surface with weathering, minor wear and oxidation creating quality color and visual history.
